The extraspace storage facility is extremely clean, easily accessible, and Steve is so accommodating. I rented a unit solely online and within the hour, Steve left me a voicemail inviting me to come take a look at the facility, my unit, showed me where trolleys were, bathrooms, etc. He made an online transaction really personable and I feel very reassured in my choice to store my belongings here.
