I originally ordered my unit online but when I found I would need a bigger space I stopped by in-person to see if I could transfer to a larger unit. Jeremy and his co-worker (sorry I didn't get his name) were incredibly helpful. They helped me find the right space at the best price point. I chose to call the facility over the phone rather than trying to do it online, and so glad I did. The girl I spoke with first to get storage facility was so nice, and personable, and as soon as that process was completed, the guy at the storage facility immediately called me to give details. His name is David, and was also extremely helpful, and personable. It was such a a better experience than doing it all online. I highly recommend them if you need a storage building, and I rarely highly recommend anyone for anything, because in our computer driven world, it's rare to get someone over the phone that is quick and efficient, and personable!
