They raised rates by over $50 not long after I started renting and then when I was able to get my stuff out of storage their “minor renovations and painting” left debris all over my stuff. Not impressed, esp for over $170/m for a 12x10 unit!

Extra space storage had what I needed. I filled out the application online which was straight forward. I did have some questions which were promptly answered. The store manager, David, is a great guy. He was helpful, kind and someone who will do his best to look after his customers. I very much appreciate the assistance!

Life Storage was a perfect place for us to temporarily store items. The staff is absolutely the BEST as they are professional, kind, and helpful. They respond immediately to all questions and needs. I highly recommend this facility.

While we ended up not renting from Extra Space only due to location the rental costs were less expensive and David was extremely helpful and friendly.

This was the best storage unit ive used so clean had my stuff in for over a year not a bug or sign of a mouse my stuff stayed like new and great customer service definitely recommend

I have used multiple storage unit facilities in the Cumberland County area for work. This was the first time I needed one for personal use and this facility is the only one I trust. David the Manager is always exceptional and I can rely on his word always. David along with his Assistant Manager are always a friendly face and have been fantastic over the years. I will always choose this facility as long as this team is running the facility even if it means driving a little farther.

The guys at the Mechanicsburg storage facility are top rate. I am glad that I found them for my auto storage needs. The guys definitely go ot of their way to make you the most important person at their location each time I have stopped into the office.
