I’m a new customer and had reserved a spot for a newly purchased RV. Upon arrival and my first attempt, I found out that the spot allocated wasn’t gonna work because the adjacent vehicles had some mirrors that were protruding out into the spot and rather than attempt to adjust their vehicles, I found a different spot. The site manager on duty that day Laura was exceptional in being able to make the transition easy and smooth. I’m grateful for Laura’s expertise and expeditious resolution of my service need.

Reserved online and then stopped in office on first time parking my trailer. Probably one of the top 5 most helpful and welcoming people I’ve ever encountered. Made setup easy and helped me download app and set it for entrance to facility without getting out of my truck or using keypad. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Nice clean and secure storage facility. Staff is nice and friendly, recently need to upgrade the storage spot im renting. Staff was nice friendly just as before. Highly recommend this storage facility. Well lit lots of video cameras for your belongings safety
