Be careful with this outfit. The rent you pay when you move in will increase dramatically at regular intervals. My rent has more than doubled in the 20 plus months that I have been using this facility for storage. Make sure you ask about how much you will be paying after the introductory rate expires, and then expect that rate to increase by 20 to 30 percent or more every 3 months or so thereafter.

I moved out of a larger unit to a smaller unit, I placed my request to move out of unit online. I called to see if I would get a partial payment credited back for 1/2 month about $150, the guy said no. Not happy with this place now. Now I have to find time to move my stuff out. I did this because they raise your rent every 3 months l.
