Phenomenal Service! Wow, wow wow! These days good customer service is so rare. However, LITO Went above and beyond and I just had to take my time to share my pleasant experience Because he has provided the best customer service I’ve ever had!!! And that says a lot sinceI’ve worked in customer service my whole life, and have never been treated with such respect, empathy and I just felt completely understood. I even used to train multiple employees on bettering their customer service skills, And usually if you have the gift of gab, it comes naturally. But it is the first time that I was provided the best most amazing customer service and not just through polite small talk, but through Genuine care and active listening! I was pretty annoying too so I’m just in awe. I wish he was on my team in my previous jobs lol but I just want to give a big shout out and do huge. Thank you to LITO! you’ve been fantastic and I hope all of your superiors read this and reward you appropriately because you truly deserve it.
