I had a great experience working with Jack and Luke. I lost my key to the unit they were quick to offer an inexpensive solution to my problem and immediately solved it for me. They were a pleasure to work with and any time I need a storage unit in the future I'll be going to that location.

I've had a unit here for many years now and it's always been good. But this past year I ended up needing to get a 2nd one because I was moving and needed to place my things in a larger unit while I went to a smaller apartment. The plan was only to have two units for a short time and combine them. Unfortunately, I hired horrible movers who got my belongings stuck inside the unit for almost a year. During this time, the team at the Roosevelt Blvd location was extremely helpful. Working with me as I dealt with these unforseen circumstances and the havoc they wrecked on my life. You purchase a storage unit to store the things that are important to you when you don't have the space to store them yourself. Whether that's for long term or short term. What's important is knowing that the location you store them at is safe, and that the team working there is both respectful and understanding. Traits found in abundance at this location. I am very glad I chose to store at this location all those years ago, and to get a 2nd unit here when moving. If the issues I went through with my movers happened anywhere else, I doubt things would've worked out very well.
