I had spoken with 2 employees at at the Facility.. It took one person by the name of fran . One simple phone call And he took care Of all my problems. Probably the main reason why hes the facility manager because he knows exactly how to handle problems and I thanked him for that. It's good to know that there's still people out there like fran that do their job With the caring and understanding attitude.
