One of the best service I have ever recieved, and a great, secure storage space! Jay, who assisted us, was very detailed and supportive of finding a solution that works best for us, walking us through in detail and practice how to secure the locks, what space would be the best option, and how to check on updates. Overall, great price, safe, INCREDIBLE customer service, and easy to use these storage spaces! Jay went out of the way to accommodate and support us! We will definitely be returning to Storage Space in the future.

I had a great experience with this storage rental. I am from California and booked this self-storage unit online for my daughter, who is going to college at Penn. I arrived at Penn a week after I booked it to help her move. I called the office before I went just to make sure everything would be okay. The person who picked up the phone was very helpful. She was patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She told me that I would pull into the building to park and where I could find a dolly if I needed one. When I got there, I really liked the environment. It looked very safe and relaxed (compared to the part of Philly where my daughter is staying). I found my unit right away but realized that it was smaller than I needed. I went to the office, and it was the same staff member (I believe her name is Jay) working there. She showed me another unit that was close in price to the one I had originally rented. The transfer to the new unit was done very smoothly. Jay was really on top of everything. She was very considerate, offering me options that were super helpful. She was also very detailed when giving instructions. I feel very blessed that I am renting from her. I highly recommend this self-storage facility to anyone.
