I had the pleasure of meeting Jay King, Store Manager @ Extra Space Storage on Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia PA. It was a pleasurable experience...She went far beyond the call of duty to help myself and my husband. We were clueless as to how to access our unit, even initially entering the building...She is patient...She made us feel so comfortable with every step of getting into our unit...She assured us that it was not a problem helping us and absolutely did not quit on us gaining access to our unit or asking her questions at anytime...She is an asset to your company, I really appreciate her and she is Very, Very good as the Manager as well as a Customer Service Representative. I had an amazing move-in experience! Everything was super easy to complete online, but when I needed a bit of extra support, J really came through. They not only guided me to the perfect parking spot but also gave me a helpful tutorial on how to use the lock. It truly made my transition smooth and stress-free!
