I rented a storage unit at the Extra Space Storage location at 4022 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia, and I had a very good experience. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the maintenance team is efficient. My checkout with Niecie was incredibly easy and quick. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful. ????? Phenomenal service from Jay! I had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location near the Jefferson East Falls campus. Jay was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist my son and I. He needed to store his dorm room items for a month between the summer term and fall move-in, and this spot is an easy 5-minute drive from campus. I managed to make a mess of things by double-booking units both online and over the phone, but she sorted out the mistake quickly and effortlessly. She also walked us through how to use the cylinder lock. On top of the amazing customer service, the pricing was very affordable for our temporary needs. Jay made a stressful college transition completely seamless—highly recommend!
