I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves. From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy. You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.
