Brandon was very helpful over the phone and walked me through my key and lock situation very nicely and then Just letting you know Linda is absolutely amazing. She’s a great teacher. She was teaching an individual that was in there that was new. She has great follow-through and she has a great understanding of the business which makes the customers time feel like it was respected. We really liked her and the new gentleman Patrick is also phenomenal. You’re gonna really like him as your employee. He’s very eager to learn and loves his job

We used a storage unit here for about 2 years. Staff were always professional and friendly on the phone and in person. We felt safe when on the premises. I highly recommend Extra Space!

I 1st spoke with a guy named Luke at the corporate office and he was cool & got me a great deal on 2 storage units near me. Then Linda the Manager from my local Extra Space Storage called & booked my units & explained all the information I might need. She was kind with a pleasant temperament & very knowledgeable about the in & out of her job & it's location.All was smooth & easy.
