Update to reference our recent experience in August 2024. May 2024: Easy move in with daughter’s belongings. Well-maintained facility with great customer service. Super option for out-of-state college parents who don’t want to lug their kid’s stuff back home. August 2024: Just returned to move daughter's belongings out for the next school year. Process couldn't be smoother. Plus staff were extremely accommodating in accepting packages/deliveries prior to move out. All arrived safely and put in her storage unit. Highly recommend Life Storage for your storage needs.

So far so good. Excellent communication from staff. Spoke with Mike this morning to make our final payment, he was courteous, friendly and made it easy to pay over the phone. Moving out in a few weeks but will definitely use again next May.

Their HQ is in Utah... I called there to ? on price and availability Because the web said they were full.. Just as I called a unit opened up In My Home Town... I said I'll take it. I did everything I needed to do Right over my phone.... The man helping me could not have been nicer.... I had to sign or initial in 15 places. SO He sent me the papers as a Document Download. As I progressed through it he had a copy of the exact papers guiding my questions.. It all went off very Slick.... I had such a good conversation with this Guy I didn't want to hang up......????

Would highly recommend this facility. When we first arrived to find our unit, the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and they provide wheeled carts to help move your items. The whole process went so smoothly.
