Ran into Troy who was at the other end of my phone call after getting lost (typical of me) trying to find his location. Did a swell job in getting me to his office location. Made the process of setting up and moving into my unit a breeze. Comfortable all the way.

Highly recommend! I need a storage unit near my places of work that gave me 24 access and was climate controlled for my items. Upon looking Google this was my 2nd choice but it was the best! My reservation was made right away, I was contacted promptly, and greeted kindly upon entering the building. David Kreider even took it upon himself to try and greet me by my name :) He showed me 2 options of which I reserved but it wasn't fitting my needs. He took me to one they may suit my needs better and informed me of everything they have to offer with the unit as well as what other charges I will be accepting. I'm on a budget like never before and this is so affordable for my short time of needing a unit! To top things off i was in and out within 30 min! Thank you fellas it was a pleasure meeting you both!
