I rented 2 different units last year for 4-6 months, and I recently rented another unit. Troy has been working main office there since they opened I believe, and he hasn't changed a bit, he is super friendly, very well spoken, and very helpful. I also rent here because it's clean, and very affordable :)

First time renting a storage unit, Troy answered all my questions. The facility is clean, well lit and is conveniently located. I was skeptical about second floor but they have a second floor door, no elevator, with plenty of carts at the door. If I have storage needs in the future I will not hesitate to go there.

Signing up for storage was very easy, even though we were overseas at the time. The staff are helpful and informative. The price is great, the facility is clean and well-lit, and we think it's a clever use of mall space.
