Generally secure storage facility. Large spaces for decent prices. I have a few specific gripes, though. First, the first price you get only lasts for 2 months then they claim it is was a discounted price and it goes up about $75. Second, some of my items had mold on them because of the way the ceiling on the units is. It's like a grating rather than a solid block, so all the moisture from the entire facility lands on things. My uncovered furniture and pillows got mold because of this. Otherwise good facility have been using this facility for almost 1 and a half years and another facility in dairyland square for a few months.

The service here was amazing! We stopped in to check out our reserved units and Troy was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the place, taught us how to use the unit locks, and showed us the different options for our moving company to park and unload our things. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained so it will be a great fit for our items.
