I first went to Public Storage, where I was about to get a storage unit, but nobody was in the office and nobody answered the phone. So I went up the road to Extra Space to see if I could get a good deal. People being in the office right away was a good sign. Kim greeted me and helped me through the entire process every step of the way. She was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and super helpful, . The other gal in the place, whose name I didn’t get, was friendly and sweet as well. It was an entirely positive experience and I’m glad I took my business over there.
