Great personnel working at the location. Always professional and caring. They go the extra step to ensure you and your belongings are safe and secure!! Gerard went above and beyond. He called to let us know when we forgot to lock our space. The only downside, and the only reason I gave it four stars, was the price. In the three years we stored there, our price went up considerably and often. If a new person rented a space it was up to $150 cheaper than what we were paying and came with a free month. It seems unfair that we had consistently paid on time for 3 years and were paying so much more than someone just getting storage with them for the first time.

Great staff and location. Unfortunately, the prices have gone so high that we had to look for a different place to park our Travel Trailer (we started with a special of $102 in Jan,2024, that increased to $182 in May - as we were informed in advance, and we just got the notice the new price will be $271, starting in January 29). I hope admin reconsider how much they charge for the spaces because that is the only reason we moved out. Thanks Gerard for always making things easy!

The Extra Space Storage in Bluffton off Carolina Bluff is easily accessible, clean, great climate control (especially in the summer), well lit to see in unit, offer great specials and staff friendly, helpful and available. I’ve rented from other indoor facilities and would definitely recommend this one!
