What looked like a Major problem got resolved in less than 10 minutes. There was a miscommunication about being able to get pallets through the building door. They are too wide. The manager contacted another Extra Space facility with a unit that would work. Both locations were extremely knowledable and helpful. All are professionals Thanks for the painless resolution.

I have been in a unit for 3 years. The customer service is top notch at this location. The bluetooth makes everything easily accessible and having a temperature controlled building was crucial. The carts they provide make moving things in and out very easy. I have a small apartment and was running a small business that required more storage. Now having grown into a bigger space i dont need the unit anymore but loved my time here. Yes it is expensive but you get top Notch security and service so to me it was worth it. Only thing I would have liked is 24 hour access and a dumpster for throwing away boxes. Thank you for being so awesome! Would definitely recommend.

I've had a very good experience with Extra Space, particularly over the last year. The current manager, Gerard, is the very best I've dealt with across the board in my 3.5 years of renting a unit at this property. The level of customer service & satisfaction he provides is top notch. He consistently goes the extra distance to accommodate, communicate & follow through. The site is consistently neat & clean, inside & out, including the restrooms. There are ample carts available for use as well. In the past, managers & staff came & went and unfortunately , my experience here was up & down for various reasons throughout that time. I do now, however, highly recommend!
