I’ve had a great experience with extra space storage the past year and a half. I specifically want to recognize my experience today with Charlene. I lost the key to my storage unit and was worried I would have to hire a locksmith. I went into the office, and Charlene immediately reassured me they could help. She immediately contacted her supervisor and said she would call once they had the lock open. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and reassuring. What’s even more impressive is that she’s only been working there for two weeks! Charlene is a wonderful asset to the company. ??
