Exceptional service! I was in desperate need of a large unit for my entire household. Fortunately, I secured one - clean and with easy access! I always felt safe when having to access the unit. Dawn has been amazing - personable and very helpful!

I love having extra space now, and the people here are so nice and helpful. And the unit is clean. I feel safe each time I come because it has security cameras all over and it is inside a secure building.

We are moving long distance across the country. We need to store our belongings so we searched for storage. The people we have been working with have been pleasant, personable and thorough throughout the process. We had a moving company move us and we was not able to be available when the movers arrived and they made the process very easy for the movers to access unit to move our belongings in as well as save our key for our access when we arrive. Very pleased with the experience.

Great staff and facility. Not so great pricing. They have raised the rates of my storage unit almost 50% within 2 years. We will have to terminate our agreement and look for alternatives.

I love extra space storage at Hampton St. they are always extremely kind and helpful. They make it so easy for out of state parents like me to safely and easily store my kids stuff while they come home for the summer from college. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a storage unit in this AIR CONDITIONED (important in SC) facility for a number of years and finally had the time and motivation to clear it out. It was super easy with the automatic charge to my credit card each month. I’ve visited several times and there’s never a crowd. In fact, I don’t remember seeing more than 3 or 4 people there when I was.

The process the rent a space was fairly easy. All my interactions with staff were great. Accessing the facility was not an issue during open hours and it was always clean. I did only expect to used the storage for a short period of time, but ended up needing it longer. The rate changed when my initial estimated rental period ended, so I would suggest overestimating the need to get the best bang for your buck.
