Jessie has been so helpful to me. I had multiple questions and he kindly and patiently answered them all. I had a fraudulent use of a credit card and he called to let me know the card hadn’t gone through. I had totally forgotten to update the card. I really appreciated his help at that time. One of my units had a bad fluorescent light bulb in it. When I told Jessie about it, he said he would meet me at the unit. He went and got the bulb and immediately changed it. Can’t say enough good things about the treatment I have received. The company is a good company, but as with most places, what makes the biggest impression on me is how you are treated by staff. Jessie earned extra storage and A+ in my book.
