Great, John the current Manager is awesome, I had a Huge problem, in which he found a quick and simple solution. Very helpful and nice . He also kept checking on me as I loaded a truck by myself as it was getting late and dark outside. John is really on the job so to speak, I heard him dealing with many other customers, and he is always calm and will find solutions to any issue a customer may have. Personal touch is always a PLUS! I cannot say enough great things about the wonderful customer service we received at Extra Space storage on St. Andrews in Columbia. John and Andrew were amazing.
