I needed a storage place that was close to home. I was ble to shop around and Extra Space storage was competitive and cheaper than some of their competitors. I was able to do the application online. The unit is easy to get to on the premises and it’s very clean.

Gaven was extremely helpful with my account concerns. I have been trying to understand why there were two accounts under my information. Gaven took the time to review my account and explain it. He also noted the account so others would understand it should there be reason too down the road. He was polite and spoke clearly and did not rush.
