Moved into a 10x15 at $76/month. Within only four months, the rate increased to $132/month — a 74% increase. Support stated the promotional pricing "expired" and offered only a partial reduction to $106. I understand storage companies raise rates over time, but this increase happened extremely quickly and was FAR larger than expected. Please be aware that advertised rates can increase substantially ONLY a few months after move-in. Other storage facilities I’ve used were much more gradual with pricing changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEFORE renting here, to compare local storage options and ask specifically how soon rates typically increase after "promotional pricing" ends.
