It all starts with Mr. Jordan who is super polite, knowledgeable and patient with customers even if they call him 3 times amd ask many questions. The place is super clean and newish and in a very nice area. I am glad I rented an outdoor storage space at this facility this morning. Registration and all formalities were completed quickly. A+.

I’ve only been utilizing storage here at Extra Space Storage for about a week, but the experience has already been exceptionally smooth and stress-free thanks to Jordan. He is incredibly efficient with every process, extremely understanding, polite, and consistently makes the extra effort to ensure you’re fully taken care of. Yesterday, I had an issue with my movers, and Jordan handled the situation with so much care, patience, and consideration. Genuinely, I don’t know what I would have done without his help - I most likely would have missed my flight later that day. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much and takes such pride in helping people. I truly can’t praise him enough. Thank you again, Jordan!

I rented a unit in May of 2025.I got a nice, a/c controlled unit and it was clean and easy to get to. Within 4 months, I got a notice that the cost for the unit had had almost DOUBLED, "based on market evaluations". In May of 2026, I got another notice that it was going up yet again. I looked online and saw the rental rate for my my size unit was around $64, so I went to the office to tell them I wanted to move my existing unit to one of the units for the current rate; they honored my request to pay $64 a month without me having to move to another unit. Beware of the notices you get in the mail; the manager told me they are sent by the corporate office but the corporate office doesn't tell the local facilities of the rate increases, it happens automatically. You can negotiate your rate if you get these notices in the mail. I wish I had known this before I paid $117 a month for eight months prior, and they did not offer a credit.
