They are a decent facility that's clean and always feels cool especially now with this summer heat. This was my first storage experience and I appreciated their support over the phone with my bill or at the counter upfront if I got blocked in by other customers while there for just a few things. I was good with having my things stored there for the year and a half I was there but my finances changed and I had to find another means.

Diane is nothing short of AMAZING! It was stressful moving from one state to another and she made it super easy doing things over the phone. She answered questions I had concerning the storage and I am so thankful I had her to help me. I had talked to other places but she sold me with her amazing customer service! The unit was clean , bug free, and temperature controlled. If you need storage , definitely use them . If you want someone to help you set it up , make sure to talk to Diane.
