This place is absolutely incredible! We were renting from another nearby self storage and had a very less than stellar experience with just about the entire process of signing up to the frustrating layout of the units. We were prepared for the worst again as we walked in to Extra Space but were very pleasantly surprised! Cael greeted us and showed us the unit we would ve renting and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes! Compared to the nearly two hours of paperwork and warnings and scrutinizing we endured at the previous place. The signup process took a couple of minutes and was shockingly smooth and simple, the price is fantastic, the space to maneuver inside the facility is more than ample, the manager Cael was extremely helpful and friendly... honestly this place is how this type of place should be done! Very happy new customer and most likely will be for a while! 5 huge stars from me!
