The facility here was always nice, clean and easily accessible. No complaints about the actual facility. Just expect aggressive rate hikes incrementally. They got me in the door with a competitive rate but every few months my bill would jump 50-75%. Eventually it was just not worth it. By far the worst part of my experience here was dealing with the store manager. Rude, incompetent and acted like it was a burden to help you.

I used Extra Space Storage to store my household items while I went to another state to look for a house. It was in temperature controlled environment, very clean. I had no worries about the security of my property! I always received excellent customer care, even when I was calling from out of state. I couldn’t ask for better care, protection, or service.
