I’m disabled and have trouble standing some days. Taylor at the front desk let me use a chair while we worked things out paperwork wise. She was really accommodating, sweet, and polite. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service. She seems to know what she’s talking about, and is super understanding! Loved my experience setting up a unit here, and if you need a unit I do recommend one here. Also it’s pretty cheap comparatively considering its climate controlled, and has pretty decent security.

Cindy has been a blessing! I’ve had this unit for years and even though names and management may have changed over the years- the quality and service with extra space has been wonderful. Lauren’s rd will always be my go to no matter where i live/move to!
