Extra space storage is the best facility in horry county. My family has been doing business for a few months now and customer service is always great. Typically we are great by Jeff and his infectious personality but today we met Adrianna and she is great she is new and we can tell but her customer service was great. Jeff is friendly and takes pride in his job. He was very helpful with the move in process, answered all my questions and was eager to help where he could. The faculty is clean, well lit and has a back entrance on those busy days. This facility is an absolute pleasure to do business with!

I've had 5 separate units on 2 occasions at this spotless location. During a stressful time, Jeffery made moving into and out of these units very easy. Additionally, they check the locks on the units and quickly notify the owners if they're not locked which happened twice.
