Heather was fantastic. She answered all my questions on the phone and waited in the office for my arrival. Once I arrived she went over all of the information on my agreement before having me sign. She made sure I knew how the policies worked and let me ask questions. She went above and beyond by walking me to my center, helping me learn the lock and key, and getting me the app on my phone so I can open everything. Highly recommend this location for both price and customer service!
