Be very cautious renting here. My 10x20 unit started at $225/month in July 2024. Since then, Extra Space has raised it to $305, then $385, and now $433 effective 7/1/2026. That's insane! That is nearly double the original rate with no added services, no upgrades, and no meaningful explanation beyond “market conditions.” What makes this even more frustrating is that their own website currently advertises 10x20 units at this same location for a $200 web rate / $306 in-store rate, while an existing customer is being charged $433 for the same size unit. In my opinion, this is an aggressive rate-hike strategy that customers should know about before moving in. The initial rate may look reasonable online, but based on my experience, the price can increase dramatically once your belongings are already stored there. I will be vacating and would not recommend this location unless you are prepared for major rate increases after move-in. **Edit 6/1/26: You will see below that they have a standard blurb they post on negative reviews asking the customer to 'call to discuss account details'. I want to pass along that they do not negotiate the insane price hike on longer term customers, instead they point you to the contract where they have the ability to increase pricing at their will.
