I've had a positive experience with this storage facility overall, and I especially want to recognize Anna for her outstanding customer service! Anna has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is consistently kind, professional, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions, address my concerns, and help resolve any issues that arise. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service is genuinely appreciated. My only concern is the lack of regular, weekly on-site staffing at the facility where my belongings are stored. Having an employee physically available on a more consistent basis would provide additional convenience and peace of mind. I would gladly give this facility five stars if regular on-site staffing were available, and I sincerely hope this is something management will consider improving in the near future. In the meantime, a big thank-you to Anna for making my experience such a positive one. Her professionalism and kindness truly make a difference!
