Alex & Tracy could not have been more helpful getting me set up in my new storage unit… easy blue tooth access, carts are always available, very clean & safe. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a storage unit with Extra Space years ago when I first moved to town, and it was a good experience. But when Cube Smart bought out that particular location, things started to go south. But now I’m back with Extra Space again, and from day one, everything has been so much better than with Cube Smart. Chelsea was friendly and accommodating, and I can already tell that they are a better company to work with in general. They are clearly more geared toward customer service than their competitors. I definitely recommend Extra Space over others.

My experience with this location of ExtraSpace Storage was absolutely great. The rates beat everything else and for the unique facility that has Bluetooth and everything and the climate and nice management are on top of things was worth my money. I say there are a really long time until I didn’t need Storage any longer and would definitely use them and this specific team in Chattanooga again!- Riley Cash
