This is the worst experience we have ever had. We gave 30 day notice to leave our unit so they took us off of auto pay. Then when our payment didn’t get made three days later, they put a lock on the door. When I came on a Sunday to pick up our stuff. There’s an extra lock on there and I cannot get access. And the rate has gone up three times in one year horrible business practices call a Storage on Elko Highway, Frm customer friendly. I have been with Ace Storage for three years and never a problem like this.

Storage Renters Beware! I will personally never rent from this company again, not only did they deceived me with price, they started me out at $96 a month only to raise me to close to $200 a month in less than 6mths without notice the rate just kept jumping every month because I was on auto pay. It was only when I brought it to their attention that they stated the best price they could give me was $196 when I started out at $96.They then proceeded to take me off auto draft when I gave them my 30 day notice just so I could miss my final payment and they could charge me an additional $35 dollars on top of my $196! Plus they locked my unit, 5 days after the payment was due and there wasn’t anyone there to help me even after the payment was made and the late fee was paid! Don’t trust this company. I did and I got screwed.

We have been using Extra Space for quite a few years and have always had a great experience but today the customer service that I received Autumn was beyond wonderful! I was working through some complicated transitions with units and she was so incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, thorough & made something that I thought was going to be difficult seamless! An absolutely perfect experience in every way! Thank you Autumn!

Rented a unit for my daughter to move out of dorm for summer. Wonderful, safe place. Climate controlled and lighted well. Super clean and really nice staff. Jason and Autumn were very helpful and kind . Thankyou!!
