First off when I first moved in things weren't so great. My unit was confusing to get into the key pad was on the passenger side so dumb and it took me at least 10 minutes to figure out how to get out. My unit was also filthy obviously no one took the time to sweep it. The place is under new management and Dan was really helpful and kind. He gave me my new code after finding out the new keypad was put in and since my lock was damaged he helped me out and gave me a new one. I honestly was freaking out thinking that someone had gotten into my unit but he helped me get it opened and all my stuff was there. Solid customer service thanks Dan!
