First off, promotional rate lasts less than 6 month, after that they got you with doubling, tripling rent costs. At times I was charged $330/mo for 10x20 when move in rate was advertised as $129. The neigbour warned me about their wall leaks, but i didnt take it seriously as my unit seemed dry. Well upon moving out 3 years later, I had $10,000 worth of ruined merchandise. I only had $2000 coverage because I didn't think all merchandise would get damaged, but yes - mildewed everything that was on the floor and 2 ft up from that... wooden displays, sound books, boutique clothing... to the holes. Stay away from this place !!!! Oh and in addition, snake skins were found! I hope i didn't take one home with me!!!
