Staff were competent and friendly, and the location is easy to access—perfect for storage in the Hardin Valley area. The facility is clean, dry, and well maintained. The entry gate seems secure and is very convenient to use through the app. We had a great experience storing our household belongings here while we were in the middle of our move.

Olivia was great! Made the move from one Extra Space to another very seamless. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only thing about Extra Space that I am not a fan of is the continual price increases. This economy isn't tne best and the increases are a little unreasonable.
