AARON IS THE BEST!! cannot say enough good things about my experience at Extra Space Storage, and especially about the manager. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere in a long time. From the second I walked in, everything was made incredibly easy. Moving and dealing with storage is usually stressful, confusing, and the absolute last thing anyone wants to deal with, but the manager completely changed that experience. They were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had exactly what I needed — not just trying to sell me something. Every question I had was answered clearly, the entire process was explained to me, and I never once felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. The property was clean, organized, secure, and extremely well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable storing my things there. What impressed me most, though, was the level of customer service. This is the kind of manager every company wishes they had representing their business. Professional without being impersonal, incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their job and cares about the people walking through the door, and that absolutely shows here. I originally chose Extra Space Storage because I needed a storage unit. After this experience, I would choose this location specifically because of the management. There are plenty of places you can rent a storage unit — exceptional customer service is what makes you remember one. If Extra Space Storage corporate reads these reviews: you have an absolute gem managing this location. Recognize them, keep them, and give them a raise! They are exactly the kind of person who turns a one-time customer into someone who recommends your company to everyone they know. 10/10 experience. I genuinely could not have asked for an easier, more pleasant process.
