Love this location. We've been at previous Extra space locations before but did not have the same extremely positive experience. Stephanie, the manager, is very helpful and accommodating. She always makes sure to hear our needs and concerns and works to keep my business as a customer. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and a great storage to rent from, Extra Storage Space on Kirby Parkway is the place to go! I had an issue with my storage yesterday and the three wonderful young ladies in the office made the process of getting my issue resolved fast and painless. They heard my concerns, and sprang into action. I had everything I needed done in less than 10 minutes. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.
