One of the main access doors was broken for around 2-3 months making it difficult to get in and out easily. Parking on the weekends is a nightmare due to Texas Roadhouse guests using up the parking. And then you guys raise my rent by $70 in less than 6 months.

Infested with roaches and brown recluse spiders (see photos). Bad customer service on multiple instances. Disabled the wall outlets so you can't even use a light to see in your unit (lots of fixtures have non-working bulbs) and they refuse to turn the outlets on.

Tom and Jessica are the nicest people on the planet. Their last day is Friday, Jan.31 2025. Red Carpet has been purchased by Easy Storage. All the best to the Red Carpet Team. Extra Space Storage will have to meet or exceed the quality of care that Tom and Jessica provide for me to remain there as a guest. Extra Space did not live up to expectations. Rent for a 10x30 went up almost $200 in less than a year. Security is also an issue, with several doors closed due to intruders. Luckily, they didn’t break into my unit.
