Great service. Rented thru UHaul and the place did not have any workers. I was left with a full uhaul truck and no unit with only a day to unload. I called Extra Space and they got me a better deal on a more appropriate sized unit in a 10 minute phone call. No hastle check in. 5 star experience

I haven’t been to the storage unit yet but if the employees/managers show what kind of place this is, I’m happy. I spoke with two people today and they were both extremely kind. The prices (for climate controlled) also seem to be the best around. So far so good!

Office staff very helpful and friendly. The climate controlled units are very clean, well maintained, and brightly lite.... I'm editing my post because after only having this unit for a few months this month my storage fee went from $46 to $83 per month. I've never been late on my bill here and I have 1 of the smallest units but my bill almost doubled. If they go up any higher then I'm going to have to just sell my stuff that I've got in there and close my account because I can't afford it.
