10 out of 10 def recommend. I had a storage unit here for almost one year. It's expensive BUT the facility is kept in pristine condition and its safe no matter when you visit. Ask for Nathan - He is THE BEST. Kind, professional, patient, goes out of his way to help. If I needed storage space in the future I would rent from here again.

We've had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage in Allen, TX, on Greenville and Bethany for a number of years now. Every 9 to 10 months or so there's a rate increase and it's usually a pretty stark increase. I'm grateful for the help in having this rate increase reduced instead of how ridiculously much they usually raise it. This time, however, Nathan at this location went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate his help! We still have a rate increase, but it's small enough that we can afford it given the perilously rough times in our great Country right now. Thank you, Nathan, for all of your help with reducing this rate increase to a workable amount!

These guys have taken excellent care of me and my property so far. I’ve been using their storage space for roughly 10+ months and haven’t had any issues. The space when I got it was clean and there were no signs of anything that could damage my property such as water leaks, mold, etc. that was a major concern for me last time I used a storage space and I’d highly recommend these guys. LaGrant also helped me out promptly with a payment issue I was having.
