EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Price DOUBLED after a couple months with No Notice!! RENTER BEWARE!!! They did this to me in Kentucky too, but I sure didn’t expect it here!! Original review: Maureen was terrific!! There were a couple admin charges I wasn’t prepared for, but probably all places have them. She was also fundamental in my getting the insurance, explaining theirs (vs my homeowners) has no deductible.
