Jaimie the Manager was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, thorough, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’m so glad she was the one who assisted us. The facility is nice, new, and clean. Highly recommend! Thank you Jaimie!

From the moment I walked into the brand new Extra Space Storage in Allen, Texas, I was blown away. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and honestly one of the nicest storage properties I’ve ever seen. Everything feels fresh, secure, and thoughtfully designed—it immediately gave me confidence that my belongings would be in great hands. But what truly made this visit stand out was the incredible service from the store manager, Jamie Fredericks. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, walk me through options, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Because of Jamie and the overall experience, I’m not just considering renting here—I’m excited to. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a beautiful facility with top-tier customer service, but this location absolutely delivers on both. If you’re looking for storage in the Allen area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
