I have rented with Extra Space several times for longer than expected periods. The Turner-Warnell @287 property is managed by kind and professional staff and well maintained. The location is easy to navigate and gates and lighting seem to function every time I need access. 5-stars for the property and staff. Why only 4 stars? The major issue I have is the rate and frequency of the incremental rental cost increase introduced by Extra Space [the company] starting very soon during the term of the rental. It seemed that once the rate increase occurs the first time, you expect there to be increases every or every other month. I would like to have more options to lock in rates for up to 3 year rental duration or be offered discounts if I choose to stay longer than anticipated. It seems odd to penalize a customer in good standing with nearly 10 years of rental history and offer discounts/rebates only to new customers. I’m sure I’ll be back at some point and hope to find a great deal!

Tracy was the manger on duty and explained all the terms that were not online. She was very bubbly, and knowledgeable. We went a head and got the unit although the call center information was not correct. She was happy to explain all the added benefits and made the trip here salvageable. She is the reason that we even got the unit. She went above and beyond even though I was skeptical she is such a pleasure to work with. And definitely an asset to this location.
