I’m new to storage auctions and both ladies (Teresa & Raven) we’re amazing!!! Their customer service was above and beyond what I could hope for. I had a really bad morning and dealing with them changed it immediately. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I hope I get to deal with them again in the future.

Quick and easy to rent. We will see how they manage rates so we will start with 5 stars. Hoping to come back in a year and update with a continuous 5 star review. Update Down to 3 stars. While the unit is nice since when we first started we had one covered outdoor space and one indooor unit. After 2 months they doubled the indoor storage so we moved out and then without any notice doubled the rate on my covered unit this month. An outdoor spot while covered is not worth double. I would prefer a 1 year contract rate so I wouldn’t have to mess with price gauging but here we are. Time to find another location. To bad most are run by this company….. instead of having steady rent from loyal customers they need to mess with pricing. Oh but I have an option of moving units to get the next best deal. How about offering fair rent instead of specials and then doubling rent a few months later. After reading this I’m amazed I’m leaving 3 stars
