Update: Once again, I can’t say enough about how good Raven is at her job. However, having a good manager isn’t the most important reason to continue renting at a storage facility. For me, it’s the price. I really feel like Extra Space storage corporate is going out of their way to milk every penny they can out of their existing renters. Don’t be surprised if your rate goes up every six months. They offer new renters exceptional deals while the company is unwilling to do anything to keep longtime renters. It’s clear to me that their practices are having an effect. It looks like at least a third of their RV/boat/parking places are empty as we all move out faced with higher rentals. It was easy for me to find the same exact thing for 25% less even closer to my home. An absolute world of difference in the customer service on site compared to when I moved in. Raven was fantastic, helpful and very friendly. As with most storage facilities, you have to watch the price increases, but Raven helped me find a way to save money. Update: Raven continues to amaze me. She notified me about an opportunity to save some money and made it easy. Thanks again Raven!
