Taylor R., the manager at Extra Space Storage on Bowen Rd. in Arlington, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My mom went in today to make some changes to her account, and Taylor took the time to let her know she qualified for a senior discount she didn’t even realize was available.
