Had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage. Trasee was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. She answered all my questions and made the whole process simple. Just moved into my unit, and the place is well laid out—plenty of space to get a truck in and out without any hassle. The climate-controlled units are really clean and look well-maintained. The manager was also helpful and made sure I knew how to reach him if I ever needed anything. The rates are good, and the people who work here actually seem like they care, which is rare and really nice. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit!

Quick and simple. Shawn was Friendly. Only concern is light switch broke and light fixture broken. Wires exposed and almost touching. Mentioned it to employees and both told me that the company won’t fix any electrical issues. I’m concerned about a fire happening. I wonder if I should contact the company or city. Would have been 5 stars other than that, local team great, company not so sure yet we’ll see if they make repairs.

Nice people. Very helpful. Easy to do business with. Only issue I have is the new unit light fixture and light switch is broken. I let the representative know and they were willing to look at it however they said that home office would not send anybody out to repair it. New unit walls are wobbly and it had some gunk on the floors. Other than that, this would have been a five star rating
