I have not yet utilized the storage facility, however, I called once to get info and then called back a second time to reserve the space. The following day, the facility manager called me to make sure I had the gate code and everything needed. All three of these employees were equally top notch in their customer service skills as well as knowledgeable about what they were offering. In this day and age, it's hard to find that level of customer service consistent across the company. Very impressive. Oh yes, and the rental rate was outstanding as well!

Irene Gonzalez is the sweetest lady I've meet in a long time. I've only meet her over the phone, even though the works at my storage location. But, let me tell yall, this woman has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family She's honest, hard working and always there to lent a helping had. She needs a raise! But im so glad that I have someone like Irene taking care of my cherished family items as they sit in my unit at her storage location. Hats off to you Irene. I would definitely checking out this facility for any storage needs because Mrs. Ty was very helpful and very quick to explain how the units sizes differ and got me set up and ready! She was very knowledgeable and polite, if you need some extra space, here ya go!
