Since the new company took over. The new manager over the Baytown location is rude. Loved being there. But can't say that about management.

Shelly is an awesome customer service rep here at extra space. She took care of everything we needed when first started with the prior storage name til we decided to vacate just recently. She is a wonderful person as well as Bobbie. If I ever need a storage I will definitely call Shelly.
