Overall, checking in was quick and easy, and the facility itself is very clean and well kept. The biggest downside was the wireless gate/access system — the instructions weren’t very clear and it was confusing to use at first. Also, the AC in the unit/building didn’t seem to be working properly during my visit. Hoping those issues can be improved because otherwise the experience was good.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The property was clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Tonya for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage and great service!
