This is my first time leasing a storage unit. I am leasing a 10X15 outside unit. Abby and Sarah were very helpful with the questions that I asked. They were welcoming and nice. Abby kept in contact with me all the way through the process. I checked out 5 storage places between Boerne and San Antonio, but this storage place stood out to me the most from the curb appeal to the cleanliness of the place as well as security cameras displayed on the property. Staff walk through every aisle of the units daily ensuring no break ins occurred. The bay door shuts tight and aren’t damaged. The concrete floors were clean. Lastly, they spray pesticides outside every unit. Overall, I’m satisfied with my decision on keeping my belongings here for a while. 11/26/25
