I highly recommend going to anywhere else but this place. Not even a few months after moving in, I was robbed and several items with taking from my storage. Camera footage was not Obtained and not even directed properly. I got a call from my so-called sheriff or investigator that didn’t seem legit. I wasn’t given enough time or guidance to file a claim as I’m not used to being stolen from. I believe that the manager Ashley was a part of conducting this robbery. It just seemed very suspicious to me with the situation. I have tried to cancel this storage a day after the auto pay as they have raised the price twice by $10 within a year. The free month is not free. It’s prorated per month until it catches up. They would not give me a refund or a prorated refund yet they would prorate my free month I called on the sixth and talked to Ashley about getting a refund since I was moving out in a day or so, and they would not refund me. Ashley has asked me to give a review a while back well here it is I am not happy with this company. The gate is always open or busted on Wednesdays. You can’t even get a hold of anybody. There is constant problems with the gate and the App. I see a lot of laziness with this company as they’re trying to shift over to not having any responsibility.
