The store manager, Ashley, is amazing. However we didn’t have the best experience storage wise. We used this unit for 10 months. For the first 6 we couldn’t get app access even after calling the extra space help line multiple times. So we couldn’t get into our unit unless Ashley was there to open the gate for us, which she did countless times!! Second, when we moved out we discovered that our unit had mold & had to throw away 5 mattresses and 2 bed frames. We also had to clean everything because there was rat feces everywhere. I wish I could give a rating specific for the Scorsese with the unit versus the manager because Ashley wood get 5 stars, but the experience definitely made for a difficult moving experience.
