Vicky the store manager in Buda Texas that works with extra space was very very good. We always had great experiences with her she took care of us on anytime we had an issue. Our problem was with extra space they gouge their customers they go up on their rates every 6 months. We were forced to move out of the storage unit due to multiple increases in monthly rent. We went from $275 a month with Extra Space to $120 a month for the same size unit at another storage facility.
